Designed to address natural sand shortage, this versatile sand making machine creates high-quality manufactured sand with well-graded particle sizes. It integrates rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron modes to handle various stones and industrial residues. The adoptable open rotor ensures super high material throughput, while carbide tips and thickened liners extend service life of consumables. It is ideal for full-set aggregate production lines, mine waste stone treatment and construction material processing. Equipped with professional lubrication system to protect key bearings, the machine features processing capacity 50-400 t/h and supporting power 55-450kW. All products comply with ISO standards and can be customized with CE certification and quick-opening hydraulic structure.
