The conventional payment term is 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance paid before shipment, which can be negotiated for long-term cooperative customers.

We provide a 12-month warranty for the whole machine and lifelong technical support. During the warranty period, if there are non-human damage quality problems, we provide free spare parts replacement and free maintenance services. Wear parts are not included in the warranty range.
