This reliable VSI sand making machine is equipped with both open and closed rotors, paired with high-performance cemented carbide throwing heads and durable annular liners. It supports rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron dual working modes, delivering uniform cubical particles with adjustable fineness modulus. Featuring large feeding size and high throughput, the machine runs steadily with low consumption of wear parts. It is widely applied in manufactured sand production, concrete aggregate processing and mine waste recycling. Fitted with independent thin oil lubrication station and hydraulic opening device for easy upkeep, this unit covers a processing capacity of 30-350 t/h with matched motor power from 45kW to 400kW, and can be supplied with CE and ISO certifications to meet international standards.
